With the NFL schedule getting released last week, sportsbooks are starting to share the way-too-early betting odds for each of the 2023 regular season games.
And one of the world’s premier sportsbooks lists one of the 32 clubs as an underdog for all 17 of their 2023 games. You read that correctly.

The Arizona Cardinals, coming off a highly disappointing 4-13 season, are the betting underdog for each of their games this upcoming season at the DraftKings sportsbook. This isn’t all that surprising given a) their awful record a year ago and b) the fact that starting quarterback Kyler Murray is expected to miss considerable time as he continues to recover from surgery on a torn ACL he suffered last December.
They’re an early 5.5-point underdog for their Week 1 season opener against the Washington Commanders. For their Week 2 home game against the New York Giants, the Cardinals are a four-point underdog. They are, however, only a 1.5 point underdog against both the Atlanta Falcons (Week 10) and the Houston Texans (Week 11).

Arizona is also a small underdog at -2 against the NFC West rival Los Angeles Rams for their Week 12 contest. The Cardinals’ biggest point spread is -10 for the Week 17 road game against the defending NFC Champion Philadelphia Eagles.
For what it’s worth, the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs are favored for all 17 of their 2023 games despite a daunting schedule.
