Other NFC teams are afraid of what the Eagles might do in the upcoming draft.
Just the thought of Bijan Robinson lining up behind Jalen Hurts for the next several years is apparently one that other NFC teams aren’t too thrilled about entertaining.
James Palmer says several teams believe the Eagles’ offense would be even scarier with Robinson.
“When I talked to several teams over the weekend in the NFC, they do not want the Eagles to draft Bijan Robinson. They believe it would make the Eagles’ offense beyond scary,” Palmer said.
Projections, mock drafts, and the rumor mills have continually linked the Birds to the star running back out of Texas. However, history tells us that the Eagles won’t go for a position like running back with the No. 10 overall pick in the NFL Draft.
General manager Howie Roseman may instead opt to keep investing in the trenches at either offensive or defensive line.

Robinson was a highly recruited prospect in the 2020 recruiting class and was ranked as one of the top running backs in the country. He ultimately committed to the University of Texas and made an immediate impact in his freshman year.
Last year, Robinson rushed for 1,580 yards and 18 touchdowns in 2022, earning the Doak Walker Award in the process. He ended his college career with 3,410 rushing yards and 33 touchdowns in three seasons. Robinson is a valuable pass catcher out of the backfield as he added eight touchdowns through the air at Texas.
Robinson has a great chance to break Texas’ long first-round draft pick drought.
Robinson is known for his explosive running style and his ability to make defenders miss in the open field. He is also a capable receiver out of the backfield and has shown good hands and route-running ability.
Somebody choosing him will be getting a stud.
