A reporter for the New York Post has lashed out at Seattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams following a strange social media move on the player’s part.
Adams has been getting a lot of heat for going after the wife of New York Jets insider Connor Hughes after the latter commented a simple “Yikes” on a video of a play in which he got shown up by Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson on a touchdown during TNF.
The safety took to X to post a photo of Hughes and his wife along with a caption reading “Yikes,” as well as an emoji presumably mocking her appearance. He has since deleted the post.
Brian Costello had some criticism to throw Adams’ way after the post went viral.

Adams has since responded to Costello, referring to him as “Mr. Potato Head.”
“Ahhh and here comes Mr. Potato head. Mr. Hughes right hand man. Truth be told, I do not care. I do not like you. Never liked you,” he wrote. “You’re terrible at your job. You do not know me outside the game of football. So keep that shxt pushing. #Prez”
Well, stay tuned…
