The New York Jets have gone from Super Bowl contender to possibly a joke of a team after Aaron Rodgers got hurt four minutes into Week One and now they have to rely on Zach Wilson for the remainder of the year.
Just when you thought things could not get any worse, the team heads into week three with a glaring mistake on their field.
The New York Jets are hosting the New England Patriots at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford today. A picture was sent out showing footprints in the Jets’ end zone, presumably left over by the person who painted the logo. There is no way that person did not see his footprints and just went on about his day thinking no one would notice.
Aside from the paint job, Jets fans are hoping that Zach Wilson can leave his foot on the neck of the Patriots for the first time in his career. The New York Jets quarterback has had some of his worst moments while facing Bill Belichick’s bunch.
Wilson is 0-4 against the Patriots as he has thrown two touchdown passes with seven INTs. He also has a passer rating of 50.6 while completing just 50.9% of his passes. It’s clear that Belichick finds success when he forces Wilson to throw the ball to beat them.
You can expect the same today.

Wilson was benched for three games last year after his poor performance of throwing for under 80 yards and not taking responsibility for his play.
It’s going to be a long day.
