Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry is rumored to have bought a house in Dallas amid rumors he could join the Dallas Cowboys.
The RB has been working out in Dallas, which isn’t odd as he typically does this in the offseason, so that’s hardly anything to go on.
As for the house, he does own a 4,000-square-foot mansion near downtown in the Bluffview area believed to be worth $1.6 million. Again, this is not new; Henry has owned the Dallas residence since 2022 and didn’t just move there.

Of course, as is the case every offseason over the past few years, he’s being linked with a move to the Cowboys.
So far, it’s never actually worked out that way, and sources reckon there isn’t much set to change this year. But the Cowboys could do with a player of his ilk. Even at 30, Henry rushed for 1,167 yards playing behind a poor offensive line and led the NFL in carries in 2023.

The Cowboys would do well to pursue him given the possibility of Tony Pollard leaving ahead of next season, as well as the fact that he’s headed into free agency.
