There has recently been an update related to how much the New England Patriots may be expecting for them to part ways with the third overall pick in the upcoming NFL draft.
According to NBC, the Minnesota Vikings would reportedly have to offer the Patriots more than just their next three first-round draft picks — which includes the 11th and 23 overall picks this year, in addition to their first-rounder in 2025.
With many suggesting the New England Patriots may either take North Carolina signal-caller Drake Maye or LSU’s Jayden Daniels with the third overall pick, the team certainly understands the effect one of these two young QBs may have on the future of their storied franchise.

While there is no certainty of who the Patriots may take, many are leaning more towards them taking Drake Maye and are deeming it a cause for concern.

McCarthy) are expected to fall that far.
Only time will tell what could have been as the NFL draft will be held in Detroit from April 25th to 27th.
