Odell Beckham Jr. may have thought this situation was over, but a video of his incident last year is now out and shows the behavior that got him kicked off a flight.
Newly-released video footage shows Odell Beckham Jr. being escorted off a plane at Miami International Airport in November. In the body-cam footage from police officers, it shows the free agent WR on the phone and not being bothered that everybody would have to get off the plane along with him because of his actions. He could also be seen cursing at passengers as well.
As somebody said something to him, he fired back, “That s–t don’t mean nothing to me. You’re gonna wait 40 minutes and I’ll be on a private plane home with your fat ass,” per WPLG.
Miami Dade Police Officer Luis Sierra said in a statement members of the flight crew called police and firefighters out of fear that Beckham was “seriously ill” and his condition “would worsen.”
“As they tried to wake [Beckham] to fasten his seat belt, he appeared to be coming in and out of consciousness,” the statement said.
During an appearance on TNF In The Shop back in December, Odell spoke up about the incident.

“They woke me up to tell me that they couldn’t wake me up,” he said. “… They said I was unconscious and unruly or whatever words that they used. And I’m like, ‘If that’s the case, why is there six police officers surrounding me and not six paramedics or EMTs?'”
No charges have been filed against Beckham. The 30-year-old has been a free agent since the end of the 2021 season. Despite heavy rumors that he would sign with a team, he ultimately decided to wait until free agency to get the deal he wanted.
