We are now 48 hours from NFL Championship Sunday where two fan bases walked way elated at their squad advancing to the Super Bowl and the other two in complete disbelief as they felt they were cheated.
During a crucial last minute play in the fourth quarter of the Chiefs-Patriots AFC Championship game — QB Tom Brady seemingly threw a game-ending interception to end his hopes of vying for another ring. But then, a ref threw a flag and everything went downhill for the Chiefs.
Chiefs’ Dee Ford was called to be in the neutral zone and the Patriots took advantage of it. The talking point since that game from the losing team was that Patriots’ Trent Brown was lined up illegally during that play.
That was quickly dispelled by former offensive lineman Geoff Schwartz when he provided this still shot of the play.
…and there you have it.
