Henry Ruggs should never see an NFL field for the rest of his career.
The 22-year-old is responsible for the death of a young woman and her dog following a fatal car crash in Las Vegas that left him and his girlfriend with serious injuries and one person dead. Footage has since been released showing him sitting on the curb as that young woman and her pet met the end of their life in a horrific way.

Henry Ruggs III was booked into the Clark County (Nevada) Detention Center to await his first court appearance after being charged in a fatal traffic accident in Las Vegas.
The former Alabama standout has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled or prohibited substances resulting in death or substantial bodily harm. He’s also charged with reckless driving resulting in death or substantial bodily harm, according to jail records.
Ruggs remained on scene of the wreck and showed “signs of impairment” when emergency personnel arrived, the police said.
