We’ve already heard the details of how Henry Ruggs was traveling at speeds of 156 MPH before his Corvette slammed into the Rav4 of Tina Tintor on Tuesday morning, killing the 23-year-old woman and her dog. The impact of the crash caused Tintor’s car to burst into flames while she was trapped inside.
As for Ruggs, he along with his girlfriend, Rudy Washington, were seriously injured in the crash. The former Las Vegas Raiders receiver is now facing a number of chargers, from DUI resulting in death to possession of a gun under the influence of alcohol. As a result, he could be looking at up to 46 years in prison.
Footage previously emerged showing Ruggs’ Corvette traveling at excessive speeds down a nearby Vegas street.
Another video has since emerged, this time showing Ruggs flying by the Vizcaya Apartments, which are located near the scene of the crash.
According to reports, Alexander Hart, who’s a security guard at the complex, saw Ruggs’ car zoom by. Moments later, he heard the crash, hopped in his vehicle, and headed over to see what had happened. Upon arriving at the scene, he saw Tintor in her vehicle and tried to help her escape, but she was stuck. He was eventually overcome by the excessive heat and smoke, and had to retreat before freeing Tina from her vehicle.

This is just more evidence that you can bet will be used by the prosecution in their case against Ruggs, who’s been known to drive recklessly for some time now:
Needless to say, Ruggs was a ticking time bomb that finally went off and took two lives with it. It’s such a stupid, selfish, tragic way to take another person’s life.
