Lamar Jackson was having one of the worst games of his career through the first half of tonight’s game against the Cleveland Browns. But he quickly turned that around with a couple of impressive throws on the Ravens’ first drive of the second half.
One of those passes was a 13-yard connection with Mark Andrews, which was so impressive that even Browns defensive end Myles Garrett couldn’t help but show Jackson some respect immediately after.
Even with the line of scrimmage at the Browns’ 13-yard line, Jackson was forced all the way back to the 35, where he tossed up a prayer that was answered by Andrews.
While Jadeveon Clowney was clearly agitated, Garrett couldn’t help but laugh and give Jackson props for his impressive display.

Prior to this, Garrett and the Browns were owning Jackson. They had limited the Ravens’ offense to just two field goals, while picking off Lamar three times. Garrett himself had a sack and a pass defensed.
Unfortunately, they haven’t been getting much help from Baker Mayfield and the offense, which has somehow been even worse than Baltimore’s. This game is shaping up to be another low-scoring AFC North slugfest.
