Somebody has a great sense of humor and sure knows how to kick a man when he’s down.
Following the Dallas Cowboys victory in preseason Game #2 against the Los Angeles Rams — Cowboys owner Jerry Jones stated “Zeke who?” with a wink and a smile when asked about the Pro Bowl Dallas Cowboys running back as if to suggest rookie Tony Pollard could easily carry Elliott’s load.
Elliott didn’t find it funny and neither did his agent, Rocky Arceneaux, who deemed it “disrespectful.”
“I didn’t think it was funny and neither did Zeke – we actually thought it was disrespectful,” Arceneaux told ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.
Fast forward to this week and Philadelphia Eagles fans are rubbing it in.
Somebody went out and purchased several billboards in and around the Philadelphia area that showed a joke ending with “Zeke who?”
