Cam Phillips was easily one of the best wide receivers in the entire XFL season, despite the year being cut short to just five games.
According to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle, the Miami Dolphins and Cincinnati Bengals are showing interesting in the former Houston Roughnecks WR.
Phillips actually signed with the Bills as an un-drafted free agent out of Virginia Tech back in 2018, but would be waived as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.
During his five games in the XFL, he racked up 31 passes caught for 455 yards receiving and nine touchdowns leading the entire league in all three categories.
