The Los Angeles Chargers female fan, Merrianne Do, has since had her fifteen minutes of fame die down after showing up to several games but being plastered everywhere as a super fan.
She shut down accusations that she was a paid fan or actor but conspiracy theorists still think she was planted in the stands.
A few weeks later and it appears we have another plant.
During the 2001 offseason, Troy Aikman ended his career as the Cowboys’ all-time leading passer but he clearly still has fans in the league who watched him back then.
One fan was shown on Monday Night Football holding his jersey.
Not everybody believed he was a real fan while others just acknowledged it on social media.

As for the actual game, the Los Angeles Chargers got themselves back to .500 on the season by defeating the New York Jets. The Chargers shut down Zach Wilson and the New York Jets to grab a 27-6 win at MetLife Stadium on Monday night.
That win snapped a three-game win streak by the Jets, and brought the Chargers back to 4-4 on the season.
Rookie Derius Davis ran a punt return 87 yards for a touchdown to get the night started and no one knew, but that would prove to be the game-winner not even two minutes into the game.
Justin Herbert went 16-of-30 for 136 yards for the Chargers. Ekeler finished with 47 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries. Wilson went 33-of-49 for 263 yards in the loss for the Jets.
