Mitch Trubisky went from being the next big thing in Chicago to all the fans turning their back on him. That now includes his own teammates.
It’s bad enough that the Chicago Bears had been the subject of quarterback talks all offseason long, but teammates Cordarrelle Patterson and Allen Robinson even joined in to help the team improve behind center.
Patterson jumped on Twitter and openly campaigned for Brady or Teddy B to come to Chicago.
Allen Robinson kept his subtle when he ‘liked’ a post that had the Bears as the favorites to land Cam Newton.
Well, Tom Brady is headed to Tampa Bay, while Teddy Bridgewater is taking his talents to the Carolina Panthers. Cam Newton is still on the Panthers roster as of right now.
However, according to Ed Werder of ESPN, the Bears are targeting Nick Foles or Andy Dalton through trade.
