As Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson scrambled out of the pocket to score a ruching TD, he was held up by Steelers players and then finished off by Fitzpatrick who delivered a nasty helmet-to-helmet hit.
The Ravens would go on to score during that possession.
