Sometimes players who might seemingly suck at their job are just on the wrong team who has been dysfunctional for too long. That was the case for Ryan Tannehill who wasn’t put in a position to succeed while a member of the Miami Dolphins and it shows what could happen when he was put in the right position.
In the middle of Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill’s excellent performance against the Baltimore Ravens in Saturday’s divisional round playoff game, wide receiver Mike Wallace took to Twitter and shouted out Tannehill while shading the Miami Dolphins and former coach Adam Gase.
“It wasn’t u bro it was that toxic a– program lol,” Wallace tweeted, tagging Tannehill in the post.
Tannehill threw for two touchdowns on Saturday and added another score on the ground, as the Titans pulled off the huge upset over the favored Ravens.
In 12 games, Tannehill threw for 2,742 yards and 22 touchdowns compared to just six interceptions. He also had a crazy 70.3 completion percentage while adding 185 rushing yards and four more touchdowns on the ground.
Wallace was teammates with Tannehill in Miami for two seasons from 2013-14.
