Mike Vrabel needs another job.
The Titans did not have a team meeting on Monday. They held no news conference with head coach Mike Vrabel either.
The team decided to wait until Tuesday and made the decision to fire head coach Mike Vrabel.
Tennessee will move on from the head coach after finishing 6-11 and missing the postseason in 2023. Vrabel had led the team to four straight winning seasons, including the AFC Championship Game back in 2019.
However, the Titans combined to go 13-21 over the past two seasons, and the franchise appears to be headed for a complete regression.
The Titans started 2-4 before their bye and never were much of a factor in the playoff race and now th team is ready to get a new head coach as they try and rebuild the franchise.
