Mike Evans did not mince words when it came to Fox News Laura Ingraham’s defense of Drew Brees.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver did not hold back in his short, but effective slander of Fox News and Laura Ingraham on Twitter after watching a video of her rebuking LeBron James and Kevin Durant’s protests against police brutality and racial injustice with Drew Brees’ statement on NFL players “disrespecting the flag” if they kneel during the national anthem.
“People like her are fucking disgusting.”
In the first clip, Ingraham went off on LeBron and Durant and finished by telling them to “shut up and dribble.”
In the other, Ingraham states that Brees is allowed to have an opinion about NFL players kneeing in protest, even though he makes his living throwing a football around.
Evans also made it clear his comment had nothing to do with Brees.
