New Orleans Saints WR Michael Thomas sparked a buzz among fans over his actions online.
While the New Orleans Saints nearly pulled off a 21-point comeback against the Detroit Lions in Week 13, not everyone on the Saints’ side was in a positive state after the Saints fell 33-28.
Thomas wasn’t happy with what he saw from quarterback Derek Carr during Sunday’s 33-28 loss to the Detroit Lions.
Thomas seemingly took multiple shots at Carr over the offense struggling. New Orleans’ offense gained some momentum later in the contest and tried to mount a comeback but fell short in the fourth quarter.
Thomas deleted his account on X after the game.

Carr completed 17 of 22 pass attempts for 226 yards and one touchdown against one interception before exiting in the fourth quarter with an injury.
The veteran signal-caller also entered the concussion protocol and was replaced by Jameis Winston.
The Saints have now dropped to 5-7 on the year.
