Just one day after being completely shut out in a playoff loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers — Michael Thomas took to Twitter and had social media buzzing.
The New Orleans Saints wide receiver, who was held catchless during yesterday’s game, posted a GIF of Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill taunting Bucs fans during a game this fall. Hill told the crowd in Tampa that “help is on the way.”
He could be firing at the Bucs fan base, or sending a subliminal message that he might be headed somewhere else amid trade rumors.
Thomas is always vocal on Twitter when it comes to his skills and his @ name is “cantguardmike.” Unfortunately, he wasn’t quite able to live up to that name on Sunday.
