Former Dallas Cowboys receiver Michael Irvin received some big news right at the start of the NFL season.
The start of the NFL season is here and former Dallas Cowboys receiver Michael Irvin will be back on the air with the NFL Network after he settled his $100 million defamation lawsuit with Marriott over an incident at the hotel before the Super Bowl in Phoenix last February.
Per a Dallas Morning News report, Irvin is no longer suspended by NFL Media now that the litigation is off the table.
Irvin is stated to be in the building and will appear on NFL Network’s Game Day studio show this morning.
A woman’s accusation in February at the start of Super Bowl Week in Arizona caused him to be removed from his on-air assignments and he did not return to the air until he signed on with “Undisputed” with Skip Bayless on FS1.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee and three-time Super Bowl winner with the Cowboys has remained steadfast that he did not do anything wrong.
