At this point, it wouldn’t be all that surprising if wide receiver Davante Adams leaves Vegas.
The wideout has been critical of his team on more than one occasion this season, prompting rife trade rumors ahead of the October 31 deadline. And the Dallas Cowboys are among teams thought to be a potential landing spot for the disgruntled star.
Adams recently hit out at the team over the role he’s been given in the offense, having already criticized the team’s culture earlier this season while insisting that he doesn’t plan to wait around for them to fix it.
Prior to the seven catches he made for 57 yards against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, Adams had registered a total of six catches on nine targets in two weeks.
Amid the speculation on the WR’s future, former NFL receiver Dez Bryant shared via social media that Adams would be a great fit in Dallas. Michael Irving has since picked up on that and, speaking on ‘Undisputed’ recently, hyped up the possibility while noting he’d love to see him in an offense already boasting CeeDee Lamb.
Irving would also point out that the Cowboys have a weakness on their outside routes, which is where Adams would make the difference.

If the Cowboys were to somehow pull off a deal to land Adams before the trade deadline, it would be incredible, especially for Dak Prescott, who would have a much easier time throwing the football.
However, the player is under contract with Vegas through 2026 and they’re under no obligation to move him right now, making any move unlikely.
