Cameras and mic’d up audio caught an interesting post-game interaction between Justin Jefferson and a former Minnesota Vikings star wide receiver, Stefon Diggs, on Sunday.
The Houston Texans fell 34-7 to Justin Jefferson’s surprising 3-0 Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium on Sunday, which marked Stefon Diggs’ first game in Minnesota as a member of the opposition.
After the game, Jefferson went over to the fellow Pro Bowl wideout and told him, “You a demon boy,” before they shared a friendly embrace.
Though the Texans proved to be no match for Minnesota on Sunday, Stefon Diggs had a vintage performance with 10 receptions for 94 yards. Jefferson hauled in six catches for 81 yards and a TD in Minny’s blowout victory.
Diggs played in Minny from 2015 to 2019 before getting traded to the Buffalo Bills, where he took his game to a superstar level. Using the draft capital they received from Buffalo in the Diggs blockbuster, the Vikings drafted Jefferson 22nd overall in 2020 — thus completing one of the most win-win trades in NFL history.

Jefferson has emerged as the best wide receiver in football, but Stefon Diggs was pivotal in helping the Bills morph into an AFC powerhouse. They claimed four straight AFC East division titles, played in the 2020 AFC Championship Game and won five playoff contests after failing to win a single postseason game from 1996 to 2019.
Diggs was traded to the Texans in the offseason following rumors that he had become a problem in the locker room.
Stefon Diggs Is Off To A Strong Start In Houston
The four-time Pro Bowler has come as advertised for the Texans, with 20 receptions fo 164 yards and two touchdowns over his first three games.
Diggs won’t put up 100-plus catches or 1,500-plus yards again given all the weaponry around CJ Stroud, but he has proven to be a valuable difference-maker for DeMeco Ryans’ group in the early going.
