Zach Wilson might be the most unwanted staring QB in the league right now.
It makes all the sense in the world that the New York Jets would want to move on from Zach Wilson in favor of Aaron Rodgers. The front office pursuing him is one thing, but the players openly doing it has to hurt.
The Jets seemingly have put on the full court press in trying to land Rodgers, but the team did select Wilson with the No. 2 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft as it appears they are ready to move on from him.
Sauce Gardner and Breece Hall, who each arrived to New York after Wilson, are already looking to replace him when they posted a video showing them burning a cheesehead as they recruited Rodgers to twon.

It’s become clear that most everyone connected to the Jets, whether they are a member of the organization or just a fan, would take nearly anyone over Wilson.

Wilson was really bad last year and him being benched multiple times was a result of his bad play. The team and the fans rallied behind Mike White instead of him. It’s a tough situation for him, but he just doesn’t look like the guy moving forward.
It’s business, not personal.
