Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons is gearing up for his third matchup with Tom Brady when both teams face off with the chance to eliminate the other in the playoffs.
For Micah, he is hoping that his team not only wins, but also be the final game for a legendary player. Parsons discussed going up against Brady in a playoff game, especially with the uncertainty regarding the quarterback’s future.
“It’s always cool going against Brady because, shit, none of us know when his last game is. So, hopefully, we get the win & get to be known for being the last,” Parsons said. “Like any other QB, he bleeds the same way. He’s just a better QB than most. So the challenge is higher.”
The Dallas Cowboys are set to travel to Tampa Bay to take on the Buccaneers as they try and start their Super Bowl run. The Cowboys haven’t won more than one playoff game in a single season since 1995.
The Cowboys stumbled into the playoffs after an ugly loss to Washington in the regular season finale. They will face a Bucs team that qualified for the postseason despite having an under .500 record.
