Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa missed the team’s final two regular season games as well as Sunday’s playoff game recovering from a concussion that he suffered against the Green Bay Packers in Week 16.
Tagovailoa also missed two games earlier in the season after suffering a concussion in Week 4 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Dolphins and the NFL have received widespread criticism for the handling of Tagovailoa’s health status throughout the year. So when Miami general manager Chris Grier spoke to the media about Tagovailoa’s health status, you can probably guess what a lot of fans had to say.
Per NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe, Grier told reporters that Tagovailoa isn’t more prone to concussions than other players.
Plenty of fans on social media didn’t hold back their opinions on what Grier had to say on the matter.
