Earlier this year the Miami Dolphins announced that they would be wearing their throwback uniforms twice this season which the majority of their fanbase seem to love. The first time they will wear them will be this weekend when they host their division rival New England Patriots at Hard Rock Stadium.
In addition to the old school uniforms, the groundscrew at Hard Rock decided to paint the end zones with a throwback vibe to them featuring a diamond design that the team has used in the past.
The diamond design is a totally unique and original pattern when it comes to end zones and Dolphins and football fans alike are loving the look and were quick to share their thoughts on it on social media:

The Dolphins will be looking to get back into the win column after dropping a heavyweight matchup last week against the Eagles, meanwhile the Patriots are coming off a huge upset win over the Bills last week for only their second win on the season.
With Buffalo winning on Thursday night to improve to 5-3, the Dolphins will need a victory to retain sole possession of first place in the AFC East and New England will be vying for their first winning streak of the season as they try and climb their way out of last place. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Sunday.
