It turns out being cheap worked out because the Falcons saw a major increase in sales from the previous year where prices were more aligned to what everybody else was selling.
Fast forward to Super Bowl 53 and the stadium decided to keep the prices the same and it is freaking awesome, to say the least.

You have thousands of people who spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars to be in attendance for the game, and they don’t have to break the bank for a 2nd time just to eat and drink. That is awesome.
