It was a tough day for USA soccer, as the USMNT was bounced from the 2022 World Cup in their first knockout match by the Netherlands.
The Oranje looked in control throughout most of the match, scoring the opening goal and never giving up the lead from there, en route to a 3-1 victory. The loss was tough enough for the U.S. men to swallow, but they also had to deal with some extra salt in their wounds when Holland’s Memphis Depay celebrated his opening goal of the match by doing a little Antonio Brown dance.

I’m not sure if Depay is a big Antonio Brown fan, but he clearly knows how to “put that sh-t on.”
With the win, the Netherlands move onto the quarterfinals, where they will take on the winner of today’s second game between Argentina and Australia. As for the USMNT, it is back to the drawing board, as they get set to host the next tournament four years from now, in a joint effort with Canada and Mexico.
