On Thursday night, the Tampa Bay Bucs moved up a spot to make sure Tom Brady would be better protected during the season by selecting Iowa offensive tackle Tristan Wirfs.
Wirfs is described as a versatile offensive lineman who is expected to step in right away at right tackle. He did 36.5 inches in the vertical jump, better than many skill-position players, and he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.85 seconds at the combine to further solidify his status as one of the top offensive tackles in the draft.
Aside from excelling on the field, he’s also very good in choosing a life partner as well. The 6′ 5″ 322 lb tackle is about to embark on a luxury life alongside his girlfriend Meredith Sutton.
Sutton is a 6’0″ tall outstanding volleyball player at the University of Minnesota Duluth. She’ll be quite the busy young lady now as she’ll be traveling to Florida a lot in the future.
