The Las Vegas Raiders are a true dumpster fire of an organization.
The Raiders announced late Tuesday night that they had parted ways with Josh McDaniels, the head coach, and David Ziegler, the general manager, after the franchise fell to 3-5 on Monday night.
Offensive coordinator Mick Lombardi was also fired while starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo would get benched.
The team attempted to get their fans fired up by having defensive end Maxx Crosby speak to the fan base. He recorded a video to get the fans to Allegiant Stadium on Sunday when they face the New York Giants, but that became a footnote to what came out of his mouth.
Crosby seemingly said a racial slur in his speech and that was not lost on people who listened to him.

For the season, Crosby has 48 tackles and 6.5 sacks.
The Las Vegas Raiders are 3-5 and in third place in the AFC West. The team has lost two in a row.
Linebackers coach Antonio Pierce is the interim coach likely for the rest of the season. Pierce, who resigned as an assistant at Arizona State amid an NCAA investigation, will lead the Raiders this week heading into their Sunday game against the New York Giants.
The former player played nine seasons in the NFL, five with the Giants that includes their Super Bowl-winning campaign in 2007.
McDaniels went 9-16 in Las Vegas after he was hired following a 10-year run as the New England Patriots’ offensive coordinator, where he won three Super Bowls alongside Tom Brady and Bill Belichick.
