The Pouncey twins might be among the most disreputable characters in the football world in recent years.
Retired All-Pro offensive lineman Maurkice Pouncey was once listed at 304 lbs during his time in the league, but he needed to be the size that he was to keep defensive lineman from getting to his quarterback.
Since retiring in 2021, Pouncey is looking unrecognizable after he dropped a ton of weight. He now looks like a regular human being instead of somebody who looks like they were created in a lab.
That is just some incredible weight loss.
Pouncey spent 11 seasons in the NFL, playing for only the Pittsburgh Steelers. The former four-star recruit with multiple big school offers attended the University of Florida with other players such as Aaron Hernandez and Tim Tebow.

He spent three seasons with the program under legendary coach Urban Meyer. He was recognized as a consensus All-American, and won the 2009 Rimington Trophy, awarded annually to the best college football center.
He was selected by the Steelers in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft and rewarded them by being a nine-time Pro Bowler and named to five All-Pro teams, and was also named to the NFL 2010s All-Decade Team.
