Massive TV Ratings Announced For Sunday Night’s Cowboys-Bucs Game

Like or not, when the Dallas Cowboys are on National TV, fans will watch, mainly because they want to see them lose.

Whatever the reason, the team is always a media darling for the league and they proved it once again when they took on Tom Brady at AT&T Stadium on Sunday Night Football.

Per NFL insider Dov Kleiman, Sunday Night Football had its largest audience for an opening game since 2015. That had an insane 25 million viewers tuned in to see the Buccaneers defeat the Cowboys.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Dallas Cowboys by a final score of 19-3 in Week 1 on Sunday Night Football, earning Todd Bowles his first win as head coach in Tampa Bay.

Leonard Fournette led the team with 127 yards while adding 10 receiving yards on two catches. Tom Brady completed 18-of-27 passes for 212 yards and one touchdown.
