As the 2020 NFL season continues to draw closer and closer, it is becoming apparently clear that Colin Kaepernick will indeed be on a team and there is at least one owner who is on board with signing him.
Hours after the Los Angeles Chargers said today that Kaepernick is on their offseason workout list, Las Vegas Raiders’ owner Mark Davis confirmed that his front office has his blessing to sign Kaepernick – if they’re interested.
“Since 2017, I’ve told the coaches and general managers that if they want to hire Colin Kaepernick, they have my blessing,” Raiders owner Mark Davis said.
It should be noted that the Raiders already have 3 quarterbacks on their roster in Derek Carr, Marcus Mariota and Nathan Peterman.
Just having Kaepernick on the team in Las Vegas could be huge for him and the franchise.
