Ian Rapoport just wanted men to get a clean shave, but it was him that ended up getting nicked.
Rapoport, NFL Network’s insider extraordinaire, took to Twitter to state he would be suspended for two weeks and it had to do with an ad he posted on social media, for a product used to shave your groin. He said it will extend until Oct. 22. In the tweet, he said he posted “Something without clearance from NFL Network.”
The something was an advertisement for the Manscaped Lawn Mower electric trimmer, which is apparently the “perfect tool for your family jewels.”
On Saturday, the company took to Twitter and spoke out in support of Rapoport in a since-deleted post.
“We stand with @RapSheet.”
“Why do bad things have to happen to good people. Sending you another Perfect Package 3.0 in the mail as we speak…”

“I respect and understand the decision made by the network and am deeply sorry for my mistake,” Rapoport tweeted.
