Back in December 2019, Clayton Beathard was stabbed to death outside of a Nashville bar. According to police at the time, the altercation outside of the Dogwood Bar started inside the bar over a woman, and then turned physical once everybody got outside. Beathard was killed along with one other man, Paul Trapeni III, and a third man was stabbed and left permanently blinded in one eye.
The suspect was identified as Michael Mosley. A jury found Michael Mosley guilty on two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of Beathard and Trapeni, according to a report from Pro Football Talk. He was also convicted on an attempted murder charge for stabbing another man.
Mosley is already in prison for an assault on a woman that occurred prior to the murders and he was out on bond for that assault charge at the time of the attack in Nashville.
Mosley is set to be sentenced on May 23 and will face a lifetime sentence for his two murder convictions.
