There is one team that is being mentioned more than others with all of the drama surrounding Russell Wilson.
ESPN’s Dianna Russini added that the Seahawks have taken calls and also made calls about a potential trade.
“I know there’s been calls made on both sides,” Russini said on the Pat McAfee show on Thursday. “From Seattle, and to other teams.”
Wilson made it clear Chicago was one of four preferred trade destinations. Reports indicate Wilson likes the idea of joining the Bears because he wants to turn around a historic franchise as well as other things.
“I expect the Chicago Bears to at least take their shot here because a source told me Russell Wilson likes that they have an emerging offensive line, a good offensive-mind in Matt Nagy, and an intriguing market in Chicago,” Fowler said on SportsCenter.

A report came out on Wednesday that the Seahawks were unhappy with how Wilson’s unhappiness was laid out so publicly.
“The Seahawks are not happy with the way this has gone down since the end of the season,” Mike Silver said. “I believe that they will listen to offers from any of those four teams… I think Pete Carroll regards himself as a problem solver and will try to figure out a way to patch this up, but unless things get a lot better, even if he does come back, think about what’s on the line in a very tough division this upcoming season.”
