The ratings for Madden 24’s rookie quarterbacks have been somewhat leaked ahead of the official reveal.
Fans and gamers always look forward to ratings ahead of the game’s yearly iterations dropping. And, with a new crop of quarterbacks entering the league via the NFL Draft this year, it was always going to be a thing of interest.
EA has kept full ratings close to the vest but a recent video shared by Madden’s official Twitter account has given some insight into the ratings of some of the quarterbacks drafted in 2023 while showing their real-time reactions.
Second overall pick C.J. Stroud was told he had an overall rating of 73 and seemed very disappointed, though he was attributed an 89 when it comes to throwing power. The new Houston Texans signal-caller will see lots of playing time this season so he will have the opportunity to prove he can get closer to or past the 80s when the in-season updates launch.
The Indianapolis Colts’ Anthony Richardson was given a whopping 93 for his jumping, which should come as no surprise given his insane athletic ability.
Will Levis, who was picked by the Tennessee Titans in the second round, was told he got a 79 in the Throw in the Run category and was willing to take whatever he got.
Green Bay Packers rookie Sean Clifford’s Throw on the Run will start off at 77.
