Mac Jones was making headlines for all the wrong reasons once again on Sunday, as his latest cheap shot had players and fans calling out the New England Patriots quarterback.
During the Pats’ 22-18 loss to the Bengals, cameras caught Jones trying to injure Cincy cornerback Eli Apple during a return on a turnover.
More specifically, Jones can be seen trying to chase down Bengals linebacker Germaine Pratt, but once he realizes his efforts are futile, he turns his focus on Apple, taking down the Cincy defender with a cutback block at his knees.
It was really a needless act that could have resulted in a serious injury. Apple even called out the sophomore QB for his actions after the game:
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Jones has been called out for his dirty play. And based on his history, it probably won’t be the last.
Because this is nothing new for Jones, one NFL fan decided to dig up all of Mac’s cheapshots and create a compilation with them. And after watching it, we’re shocked the Pats QB has gone almost two years without getting suspended yet.

The NFL better do something about this, or else it won’t be long before opposing players take matters into their own hands.
