Chargers’ tight end Donald Parham was carted off the field during the first quarter of Los Angeles’ Thursday night game against the Chiefs. Parham’s head hit the ground hard after he tried to catch Justin Herbert’s pass in the end zone on a fourth-and-goal play.
His arms could be seen extremely stiff right after as medical personnel made their way on the field.
He was stretchered off the field and taken to the hospital for further evaluation.
Later in the game, the Chargers announced that Parham is in stable condition while undergoing tests, imaging and evaluation for a head injury at UCLA Harbor Medical Center.
Parham could be seen uncontrollably shaking with his arms as he left the field. Hopefully, all tests come back just fine and Parham gets better.
The Chiefs entered the game with a 9-4 record, one game ahead of the 8-5 Chargers as the two teams battle it out on TNF.
