Dyami Brown has done absolutely nothing besides exist and he still found himself to be a topic of conversation this week.
Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St Brown is a man who can easily rattle off the names of all 16 wideouts selected before him in the 2021 NFL draft. He had the chance to go head-to-head with one of those 16 on Sunday.
Washington drafted Dyami Brown at No. 82 overall, 30 picks before the Lions landed St. Brown.
St. Brown was on the field making catches in the win, while Brown played exactly one offensive snap for the Commanders.
St. Brown made sure to bring that up during an interview.
“Even the Commanders, they got a guy before me over there. I believe his name is Dyami Brown,” St. Brown said. “I don’t know how many catches he had. You guys can probably tell me that. Or how many yards he had.”
“I didn’t see him in the game much,” St. Brown told reporters after Wednesday’s practice.

“I don’t forget things like that,” St. Brown said. “I see him across the sideline from where I’m standing during the game, and I’m going to give every team hell.”
Brown has 12 receptions for 165 yards in his NFL career so far.
Through two games, St. Brown has 17 receptions for 180 yards with three touchdowns.
