Aidan Hutchinson recorded the 3rd INT of his rookie season, tied for the most by any defensive lineman in a season in the Super Bowl era. His latest one came from an excellent defensive scheme.
This time, the interception came off the arm of Justin Fields.
With Fields looking to make something happen on the final play before halftime, the video not only showed Hutchinson dropped into coverage, but he was nearly out of bounds to Fields’ right side as the ball came screaming towards him.
The rookie did the rest by recording the interception and making sure the Bears couldn’t put any more points on the board.

Entering the game, Hutchinson had 7 sacks and 2 interceptions, bringing him up to 7.5 sacks and 3 interceptions with the Lions. He is also the only NFL player this season with 5+ sacks and 3 interceptions.
The Detroit Lions did their part on Sunday by beating the Bears, 41-10, to improve to 8-8. They also got much-needed help from Cleveland as the Browns beat the Commanders, 24-10.
To clinch a playoff spot, the Lions need a win over the Packers and a loss by the Seahawks when they host the L.A. Rams.
