The NFL has long been known as an organization that has had problems with players with domestic violence situations. The most notable one came from former Baltimore Ravens RB Ray Rice, who was caught on camera knocking his then-fiancee out in an elevator. That moment would end his career.
Former NFL running back Zac Stacy, who was recently sentenced to six months in jail after a brutal attack on his ex-girlfriend, won’t be able to get punished by the league, but another former player has something for him in the meantime.
Former running back Le’Veon Bell took to Twitter to deliver an interesting idea for how to punish Stacy. Bell commented on the video of Stacy abusing his ex-girlfriend and stated he needs to be in the Octagon with Jon Jones, a two-time UFC Light Heavyweight champion known to be one of the most dominant fighters in UFC history, for 15 minutes. In the footage, you can see him throwing her around into the TV, and all over the living room right in front of their child.
“nah, don’t even give em jail time, make him fight Jon Jones in the octagon for like 15 mins … let’s see how tough he is then.”
The 5-foot-9, 224-pound Stacy would have no shot against the 6-foot-4, 205-pound Jones, I think everybody would love to see this matchup.
Aside from being sentenced to six months, Stacy also got a year of probation by an Orange County, Florida judge, after he pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal mischief, and had the battery charges dropped.

Stacy’s NFL career with the Rams and Jets spanned from 2013 to 2015, and ended his career with the XFL’s Memphis Express.
