Way back in February, there were reports Le’Veon Bell had put on an incredible amount of weight after sitting out the entire 2018 NFL season. 260 pounds to be exact.
Via New York Daily News:
“Then there’s this: Word on the street is that Bell, who’s playing weight is about 225 pounds, ballooned to around 260 pounds during year-long hiatus.”
The New York Jets running back addressed those rumors on Monday in savage fashion he posted a video proving to anyone who said he would should show up to training camp at 260 pounds that they were wrong.
Being in shape won’t take away the fact that he sat out an entire season. He still needs to be in game shape to avoid any serious injuries from his time off the field.
