Ben DiNucci will have a chance to make a name for himself on Sunday Night Football, if he can play well and lead the Dallas Cowboys to a much needed victory over the Philadelphia Eagles.
A season-ending injury to Dak Prescott and a concussion to Andy Dalton has forced DiNucci into the starting lineup and the spotlight. DiNucci, a seventh-round pick, completed 2 of 3 passes for 39 yards after Dalton left last week’s game.
DiNucci, who began his collegiate career at Pittsburgh before transferring to James Madison, has a good support system around him. The Dallas Cowboys quarterback is dating Bryn Recker.
