The Packers, Seahawks, Chiefs, Patriots and Saints were rumored to have interest in signing Odell Beckham Jr., but none of them won the sweepstakes to signing him.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and Kim Jones reported that former Cleveland Browns receiver Odell Beckham Jr. was down to the Los Angeles Rams and the Green Bay Packers as his potential landing spot.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter then jumped in and reported that Beckham was signing with the Rams, not the Packers.
Within minutes of the news getting out, LeBron had already welcomed Beckham to the City of Angels on Twitter.
“It’s GO TIME!!” he wrote.
His new teammate as well as new Rams player Von Miller also reacted to the news.
