After being taken in the second round, 50th overall, by the New York Giants in the 2021 NFL Draft, it didn’t take pass-rushing stud Azeez Ojulari long to break onto the scene at the professional level.
Ojulari had himself a solid rookie year, posting a team-high eight sacks along with a forced fumble and a couple of passes defended. He was one of the few bright spots on an otherwise terrible Giants squad, and it looks like he could be in store for even bigger things in 2022.
Based on the latest photo of Ojulari to surface on social media, the outside linebacker has been bulking up over the offseason. And it’s gotten to the point where not even a long-sleeved shirt can hide his ginormous, ripped arms.
Here’s footage of him standing next to 6’5″, 315-pound offensive tackle Andrew Thomas, as the two have some fun before mini camp.
Azeez was listed at 6’3″ and 240 pounds last season, according to NFL.com. His weight is probably still along those lines, but he’s definitely been hitting the weight room as he prepares to take the next step as a sophomore.
