And now, it sounds like this could all get dragged well into the weekend. According to the latest report from Aaron Wilson, the Houston Texans quarterback is expected to take the next few days to make his final decision. They were afforded the extra time when the Falcons pushed back Matt Ryan’s roster bonus from Friday to Tuesday.
At this point, it’s down to just the New Orleans Saints and the Atlanta Falcons. The former can offer a better roster and a better chance to win now, while the latter has the hometown advantage. Which will win out in the end? We may have to wait a few more days to find out.
