The Las Vegas area is not used to rain, but when they do receive it, mother nature drops buckets of it at one time to make up for lost time.
The rain came so much that water started pouring through a screen inside Circa Sportsbook. Other casinos are also dealing with flooding this week, according to multiple reports.
